In response to the second “Declaration of a State of Emergency” due to the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, which the Japanese government issued to Tokyo and three prefectures (Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba) on January 7 (effective from Jan. 8 to Feb. 7, 2021), we, RTS Corporation have re-announced today the thorough implementation of our efforts, which have been in place since July 2020.<\/p>\n
RTS Corporation continues adopting the following precautionary measures in order to ensure safety of its clients and concerned parties, employees and their family members and prevent expansion of the COVID-19 infection, based on the \u201cBasic Policies for Novel Coronavirus Disease Control\u201d by the government.

\u2013 Well informed of the health conditions of all our employees and their family members and take appropriate measures for the symptoms of fever, cold and the like.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u2013 Recommend all our employees to telework, or commute to work during off-peak hours, depending on their work responsibilities.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u2013 In case of holding a meeting with a client, we will hold a web meeting, or a face-to-face meeting by securing social distancing, depending on the situation, after taking sufficient infection control measures.\u00a0<\/p>\n
