The 47th meeting of the Subcommittee for Large-volume Introduction of Renewable Energy and Next Generation Electricity Network was held on Dec. 6, 2022.<\/p>\n

<Key Points><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) presented the direction of renewable energy policies toward rebuilding stable energy supply. Immediate measures include supports to introduce storage batteries in combination with renewable energy <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Medium- to long-term measures include promoting the efforts to expand introduction of stationary storage batteries and supporting prompt social implementation of next-generation solar cells <\/span><\/li>\n
    • As for the charges on the power producer side, FIT\/ FIP projects that are already approved will be subject to the charging after the completion of the purchase period<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

          New FIT\/ FIP<\/th>\nShall be considered when calculating purchase price, etc.<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
